Russian vegetable roll


Ingredients: beef (fat and lean) (200 g)
Accessories: lettuce (100 g) rice (steamed) (50 g) onion (25 g) of wheat flour (30 grams) of yogurt (50 grams)
Seasoning: lemon juice (30 grams) tomato sauce (10 grams) of salt (4 g) pepper (3 g) of butter (15 g)

Production process
